Once upon a time I lived in the Land of Ice and Snow (From the midnight sun where the hot springs blow... I'm also a Led Zeppelin dork). I complained mightly about the Land of Ice and Snow, but funnily it wasn't about the snow and freezing, freezing cold. I had a hard time making friends out there. And for me, a total extrovert, that was hard. Actually, it was then that I first turned to internet for friendship, and that friendship led me to digi-scrapping. So, really, BONUS!

I've been doing some tutorials to hone my photoshop skills, and this is one of the results. I couldn't find a tutorial, and let me tell you, figuring it out on my own was a huge challenge!

Introducing Piggyscraps Commercial Use

I've very excited to announce the offerings of my first two Commercial Use (CU) items, available exclusively via Stone Accents Studio. The first is a hi-resolution brush set made in photoshop, offered as an .abr file. In this set you will find 14 different versions of the popular circle. Introducing Soothing Daisy, with a freebie

Inspired by my dear friend Rae, these soothing colors are the perfect pick-me-up to scrap with on a rainy day. This kit has eight (8) different highly textured papers, with distinct "painted" borders. Not your ordinary paper. A whats-to-come Freebie

I've been a little quiet... EEEEK! I'm afraid I might've been forgotten by the blogger world. Sometimes life gets in the way of the fun stuff. Though it wasn't horrible life. My parents are moving near me! Woooooooohooooooooo! Just a lot of moving stuff with a little excitement thrown in here & there.

In my downtime I've been working on a couple of kits slated for new release, LOL, this month. First up will be a vintage ski kit inspired by some old postcards I found. I'm a huge ski fan, actually snowboard fan, stop laughing... old people can snowboard (I just don't get up at the crack of dawn to do it anymore). I'd like to try & rescue some of the old photos of me & my sisters skiing when we were young. This kit will hopefully showcase those rescued photos. I'm hoping as Christmas presents, but we'll see.

I'm so excited to have my first CT call! I've seen some of the marvelous work other CT's do and I can't wait to have some of you creating with me.
