You are my sunshine

Hello... Hello... Hello o o o o

A quiet little echo. I've been missing and I have, 1. no idea if I have any fans, and 2. no idea if any of the fans I may, or may not, have are even still around. We had another round of illnesses including Fifth's Disease and Strep. Luckies! It's also the end of the school year, and that's chockful of exciting goodies. I'll spare you the details. No one should have to sit through these award ceremonies, end-of-the year plays, goodbye's, etc. Let alone have to hear about some internet strangers lovely experience(s).

The little kids are out of school already and the heat is on! We have no pool. Our dinky little town has no pool. I've resorted to a teeny-tiny blow-up pool in the yard. A teeny-tiny pool I actually got into today. Not because of some mad, overwhelming need to thrill the neighbors with my lovely glow-in-the-dark post-baby bod, but because my adorable one-year-old is deathly afraid of any water not in a bathtub. Weirdo. Despite my desperate attempts to make the baby pool not death-defying fearsome, I failed. So no idyllic baby pics of the adorable one-year-old in the pool. Daughter, however, was totally open to posing for the camera.

In honor of her cooperation I made a Sunshine mini kit, complete with a quick page. Rather than post just the quick page, or the mini kit preview, I've posted my actual LO with the kit. The same LO I then transformed into the Quickpage available for your downloading pleasure. I find that I can decide if a kit is for me, or not, much easier if I can see it in action... so to speak. I hope the same is true for you. And I hope my blatant use of the Piggyscraps banner slap-dab over the LO doesn't ruin it.

On to what the Sunshine FREEBIE entails:

  • One Quickpage, using all the Sunshine elements
  • All three, fullsize (300 dpi, 12X12), Sunshine papers used
  • A stitched frame
  • A grungy frame
  • A flower stamp (without the shiny pearl center)
  • A shiny pearl (used in the center of the flower stamp)
  • A crumpled, lined journaling tag (with shadow)
  • A "You are my Sunshine" wordart
Please note that unless specifically listed, none of the files come with drop shadows seen in the preview. And, as always now, please leave me comments, suggestions, helpful hints or thank you's! I'd also love to see any LO's done with my designs
